Yoga Instructor

Vicki Cafarella is vivacious, giving and loves people. She is at her happiest when she is helping others, particularly in assisting them and encouraging them to achieve their goals.

No matter what age one is, or one’s physical condition, Vicki believes “If you can breathe, you can do yoga!”. She enjoys and teaches a range of Yoga techniques which include postures, movement, breath awareness, mindfulness, relaxation, concentration, and self-inquiry within a safe environment.

The classes range from Hatha, to Vinyasa flows from Gentle to Power, Family and Kids Yoga, and also specialized Chair Yoga classes. This allows each student to practice at a level and intensity that is safe and appropriate for their own body, whether on the mat or chair with a strong emphasis on safety, alignment and playfulness.
