At your initial consult, your physiotherapist will ask you questions about your condition and concerns. Your physio will then perform some physical assessment to understand your condition better and guide the session’s treatment. You will receive manual therapy and might be prescribed some exercises to address the issues identified during the appointment. This will be a discussion with your input especially regarding what your goals are. At the end of your first consult, your physio will develop a wellness plan to outline your issues and what would be the best way to address them over time.
