NDIS Services

What is the NDIS?

The NDIS stands for National Disability Insurance Scheme and is the new system through which people with disabilities receive support. It’s designed to help you achieve your goals in life by giving you more control and choice over your supports. Click here for more information about eligibility criteria and how it works.

At YOUnique Health, it all starts with YOU!

Our focus is on empowering participants towards achieving their long-term goals. We tailor our treatment to suit each participant’s needs, and keeping in line with NDIS guidelines, we ensure that they are kept in the driver’s seat at all times. We offer the following services for NDIS participants:

Who can access services?

There are 3 different ways NDIS funding can be managed:

  • Self- managed: Participants can access the supports and pay for it themselves with funds provided by the NDIA.
  • Plan Managed: You have a Plan Manager who pays providers
  • NDIA managed: NDIA directly pays the providers

We currently accept participants who are self- managed or plan managed. Stay tuned for updates for NDIA managed participants.

 

With NO WAITING PERIOD for any of our services, call us to book in your session or access our service agreement. Our team takes care of all paperwork and reports so you can get your treatment and focus on what’s important- YOUR Health!
