Yoga Gentle Flow


A slow, rhythmic yoga flow class, linking breath to movement. This practice will improve mobility, strength, and balance. It will also release any tension in the body and calm restlessness of the mind. The class will finish with a guided relaxation to settle your mind, and relax your body. You will leave feeling blissfully calm. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.

Monday 10am-11am

$22 casual/ 5 class pass $85 (save $25!)/ 10 class pass $190 (save $30!)

Class Pass is valid for 12 months from purchase and can be used for any of our Yoga classes.

Note: classes need a minimum of 2 people to run.
