A perfect blend of Physio and Pilates-based exercises to increase your core and postural strength and guided stretches to increase your flexibility. Topped off with a hint of mindfulness guided meditation for the evening. Suitable for beginners.

Class Pass is valid for 12 months from purchase and can be used for any of our Xpress classes.

Please arrive 5 minutes early as it helps everyone set up.  Note: classes need a minimum of 2 people to run.
