Mindfulness in the Park

The perfect way to decrease stress and tension. Surround yourself by fresh nature in the beautiful Veale Gardens. Learn and practice simple yet powerful techniques to manage stress both at work and outside of work. Calm and relax both mind and body, start to live a more balanced, healthy life. Strengthen core and postural muscles with evidence-based exercises, and enjoy gentle stretches to increase flexibility.

This class is an ongoing class for those that have already participated in the introductory workshop, or have an understanding of mindfulness.

 The class consists of mindfulness guided meditation, inclusive of breath awareness, body scan and other powerful practices which decrease the ‘fight or flight’ stress response, carefully combined with Pilates-based exercises and stretches that are delivered with individual focus and attention.

Class duration: 1 hour.

Please bring your yoga mat, water and wear comfortable clothing!
