Introductory Mindfulness Workshops

Stretch, strengthen and explore mindful movement, through a guided practice that allows you to re-connect and tune in to your own body. You will be guided through specifically proven, Pilates-based exercises and stretches, handpicked by our expert Physiotherapist. These will completely strengthen your core and postural muscles, increase flexibility and allow your body to move in its natural way. This is perfect for decreasing neck pain, back pain, and headaches, improving posture and recharging your whole body from the inside-out.
