Part 2: Pilates and Mindful Movement
Stretch, strengthen and explore mindful movement, through a guided practice that allows you to re-connect and tune in to your own body. You will be guided through specifically proven, Pilates-based exercises and stretches, handpicked by our expert Physiotherapist. These will completely strengthen your core and postural muscles, increase flexibility and allow your body to move in its natural way.
